The staff at this location are always upbeat and great to deal with. I wanted to leave this review because of Kelsei. We had been having a water quality issue that needed extra investigation to determine the root cause and Kelsei has been fantastic to get us on the right track. More then that she has gone above and beyond to help us out. Any business would be luck to have her. Give that girl a raise!

Great experience ordering a hot tub. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure us. They explained all the different seating options and how each one works. Delivery was on time, fast, and efficient. When we had an electrical issue (which we learned eventually had nothing to do with the hot tub), they sent a technician right away. This is the 2nd time we've purchased something from this store and would 100% do so again. Above and beyond customer service.
