I stopped in to ask them about the reverse osmosis system that they installed in the home we are buying, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm sure I will be going back to buy my supplies and softener salt, but the best thing is I got to meet their dog Ghost. HE'S A GOOD BOY!

Our well water is high in iron which resulted in badly discolored clothes and smelly (sulfur) water. I saw the ad in Michiana Saver for their SmartChoice Gen II Eradicator and called for more information. They came to our house, promised it would do the job and we had it installed. It's now 3 months later and we are amazed at how well it works! The smelly water is gone and the whites come out of the laundry still white! Very pleased with the installation and the simple operation. We noticed dramatic improvement in just days, but I wanted to give it a better test before writing this review. Well worth the price and great people to deal with.

We have been having troubles with our water softener for about 4 months now, so we called them out. The young man that came was very nice and they told us it was on the wrong setting so it should start working better now (we hadn’t ever changed the settings so that didn’t make very much sense) but we said okay. We give it about 2 weeks and called to tell them it was still not working. They said they could send someone out in about two weeks so we waited two weeks while we have a newborn baby and we’re bathing her in water that was extremely rusty. They come out and say it was a different problem now so it should be fixed now. Again, we wait two more weeks and it is still not working. We call back and the lady isn’t very nice on the phone and instead of sending someone out urgently considering this had been a long time going on she makes an appointment for two weeks later. Didn’t seem to have any care in the world that we have a newborn baby and it was crucial that we have our water filter working. Our appointment is on Wednesday and conveniently we just got a Voicemail saying their technician is sick so it’s going to be another two weeks. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend them to anyone
