One year of service. Do NOT recommend. I went with Aquatic Solutions because Bognor pools (company that build our pool) used them to train us on the pool equipment (believe it’s a family company) Ultimately, I figured I’d keep the same company for weekly pool maintenance. So here’s how service went. Pool tech, for the most part came at the agreed time and date for the first few months. Then, service started to lag as far as quality and punctuality. Pool tech would rush and most of the time the pool looked the same as when they arrived. Basically only tested the water and threw the required liquids. Now, when communicating with the company owner, Jeff, he always had excuses/demands and not solutions with the service he is providing. Never gave notice of pool tech not coming due to busy schedule or out, and expected me to just leave my gate unlocked for whenever they could squeeze my pool service in; which unless I reached out would not happen and even when I did ..still would not happen. These past months, the original pool tech was training other pool techs and things got worse. I understand staff needs to train new hires, but the service was so rushed and low quality. It really started to get frustrating when I was being told that the pool tech had stopped by “left a note” when he did not; someone is always home. This happened multiple times and I wouldn’t Ev get a response for Jeff regarding when they would stop to service. There’s a huge lack of integrity, consideration, and professionalism from Jeff and some of his pool techs. I do NOT recommend this company at all for pool maintenance. I switched companies, and only wish I had done it sooner.
