As a student from Florida...working in Mount Rainier National Park...who will be going to Spain after the summer to teach English....and therefore in need of a visa... with a "medical certificate for travel abroad"... I thought I would have health care options in Puyallup. I thought Concentra, Sound Family Medicine, some Catholic centers could accept my request for an appointment only to complete a form that I need for my visa. I wasted an entire afternoon in between shifts calling several places in Puyallup for just one doctor but every receptionist had absolutely no clue what I needed. After being on hold in many of these calls, finally I found a co-worker who told me to call this town I never heard of, Morton, for "Arbor Health". I wish I had spared myself the loss of time and called these people first. I had my appointment with Dr. Hines on my first phone call in less than 10 minutes. I was able to complete the on-line check-in as a new patient with no problems. I waited in the lobby for less than 10 minutes. My visit with Dr. Hines was intelligent, quick and non-patronizing. Dr Hines and Corrine, his assistant, took the time to visit the website for the visa form that the Spanish Consulate in Miami provided and they customized a letterhead just for me! But the best part is yet to come. When I realized a few hours after my appointment that I needed a Spanish translation, I went online to find how much it would cost me to officially translate their letterhead certificate and it was a little pricey. The next morning, with no hold time, they told me they would write a brand new certificate with the Spanish translation from the Spanish consulate at no extra charge and it would be ready for me to pickup that day. Arbor Health in Morton is the best medical visit I have ever had on account for their over-and-above bar none customer service and excellent execution. Thank you Corrine and Dr. Hines for helping get to Spain and saving me money! There is much more I could say about the thoroughness of the insurance -vs- self-pay considerations, which were all very fair but this review only allows me a certain limit. Thank you! ¡Gracias! I will be sending your staff a postcard from Spain!

Dr Ho is amazing, he listens and looks to solve my medical issues. I’ve been at this clinic for 24 years and I will continue to go as long as there’s a doctor like Dr Ho. I tried to change a couple of years ago, but no one was excepting new patients. Then, I went in out of a medical need and met Dr Ho. I’m happy to have him as my doctor. What’s more important is, I trust him.

They were caring and helpful on my visit Apr 17, 2024 ~4:00-6:00pm when i broke my 5th metatarsal due to a sandal rolling. I was pretty overwhelmed with not knowing what steps to take next for getting the injury squared away but the staff took great care of me and I got a lot of information 🥰 Everyone was outstanding besides maybe the orthopedic fitter lady who was kinda rough with the freshly broken foot. The lady who was running the desk when we came in was especially kind and caring while we spoke that helped a ton. The whole process was extremely fast, which I knew would be the case from 10 years ago when I had my first visit because I needed 7 stitches for my hand. I was also born there.
I wanted to provide a heads up about the "Top Shelf Orthopedics" brand of pneumatic orthopedic boot used. I'm an adult in my 20s, 215 pounds. My regular shoe size is 10 and my boot size was Large. I've put probably a mile or 2 on the boot and it broke at walmart when I took a normal gentle step.
Edit: I did remember something else. The Olympia Orthopedic was B***hy that I was recommended to their ROC Rapid clinic but they saw me anyways and that did get the ball rolling faster for the surgery consult. They did great work with the surgery but kind of act that way about every other thing anyways.
Just want to reiterate the service and care here was remarkable, the part about the boot is just a heads up about the gear.
I wish I remembered names to provide shoutouts for management to see but it should be easy to figure out because I was the only patient in there and it seemed like a small crew. Give em all good raises this year. Thank you for making that really hard day a lot easier guys!
