I asked for a Dr pepper and it was as clear as a sprite! Obviously it had no syrup and was straight carbonated water. The fries were old and crunchy like they had been sitting there for an hour. For sixteen dollars for a single meal, I think they can and should do a lot better!!

Self described general manager was extremely rude and unhelpful fixing a mistake on their end. I paid $10.80 for a sandwich that I didn’t get. I have receipts and proof. Maybe the GM should worry having accurate hours listed on the app so this wouldn’t be an issue. Guess that’s what you get for going to a place run by a bunch of miserable middle aged woman who are barely qualified to work fast food.
And NO I don’t want to take your useless survey, I want the product I paid for or my money back.

$17 for a poorly made double-roast beef sandwich, no drink, no fries. Made me sick to think of the better sandwich I could have made at home for half the price. Oh, and no sauce packet given, even though they asked 3 times which one I wanted. Hope you enjoyed saving corporate $0.01 on that, drive-thru window girl. NEVER going back; can't afford to spend that much on barely edible food.
