Service has gone downhill here. Brynn was my drive-thru cashier tonight and couldn't be bothered to answer the headset correctly but rather wanted to finish the conversation she was having in the restaurant. Once I placed my order, she repeated it incorrectly. I corrected her and pulled forward. After waiting more than 10 min to get to the window, I was given a low total, so I again corrected my order with her. She asked me to park because they needed to make more fries. I parked my car and went inside the lobby to request my order be remade so it would all be hot when I got home instead of only the one fry. Brynn didn't seemnto.lole that I was making her do her job right or that I corrected her. When I asked for a manager, brynn told me she was one and the assistant manager was behind the sandwich station. But the assistant manager never came out from her station to assist me or brynn. The two of them continued to discuss me and the fact that I was being difficult. I asked for regional manager information and was told they don't have access to that information. Brynn and the other employee were very unprofessional during this interaction. Another customer in the lobby was ignored the entire time I was there. He was there to pick up a delivery order that had been sitting on the counter at least as long as I was there so I'm sure that customer got cold food.

I would pick zero star if possible. THE worst customer service I ever had! The manager at this location refused to replace another chicken pecan salad sandwich and she claimed it's the right serving size (2 scoops? really!) without looking at it. I learned my lesson and will never ever go back again.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and each time the service gets worse. The manager at this location is possibly the least professional most emotionally unstable person I’ve ever encountered in a managerial position. Her blatant unprofessionalism is something to marval at. On my last trip to this location I was told to leave and refused service over a slight miscommunication when ordering my roast beef sandwich. Never have I been treated in such a way when simply trying to order a sandwich and having no prior dialogue with this specific woman to provoke such a reaction. Stay away!!
