Very Disappointed with this company. We bought a machine for our company back in December and we got the machine late, the training was not with experienced instructor. They didn't know why our machine was not working properly had other instructor come help and still could not fix the problem. Pretty sad that we spend the money on this machine that we couldn’t use mean time we had orders waiting to print. Once we asked to take the machine back they gave us the excuses and wanted to charge 20% for returning the machine, well we decided to keep the machine. Sad they don’t even know that we were in works on planning to get other equipment from them.
Now we got another company to come in and give us helpful training and now we are up and running a month ½ later. Very unorganized company with one a sales person to communicate in Vegas, as the manager don’t want to work with customers directly.
