So happy to have Arcadia Garden Products as a supplier. They are always thorough with their communications and having the orders ready on time. The warehouse team is always helpful when picking things up.

One of the worse manufacturers who refuse to assist customers with defective products outside their “30 day window”. Speaking directly to any of the “customer support” team members leads nowhere except to be hung up on. Brady Lo should be ashamed of how his team will completely dismiss and refuse to assist customers with legitimate issues with his Arcadia products.
