Now maybe I expect more of an architect but they don't remodel and although the front reception was very nice I didnt feel as though their architect was interested in helping us out. He promised an email with recommendations and never came through. Honestly quite disappointing

NW architects attention to detail is Atrocious. Important items like topography and storm water drainage was overlooked. They will also sell YOUR custom plan to other customers. Pay more to have your all important plans done at a place that know what they are doing.

We got a referral from this company for another remodel designer. But that designer was very slow in response (e.g. no response in two weeks). I called this company twice for help about their referral. They helped to connect me with the referral fist time, that was appreciated. For the second time, the company owner was very impatient and disconnected my phone call in the middle without us finishing talking. Overall this is a very frustrating experience!
