Told idiot manager that my card had been cloned there after being used to buy gas. His response was “so”. Be careful buying gas from here, apparently they don’t care as long as they get paid.

Both times I have recently visit this Arco, the same female employee has been on her phone not paying any attention to customers or what they are requesting. After standing directly in front of her for over a minute she finally realized I was in the store and asked how she could help, all while never putting her phone down. I asked for an item over the counter and as she asked if it was the correct one she was still on her phone replying to some message. I was too annoyed to even bother looking for her name tag.
