By far the worst gas station I've been to in quite a while. When I showed up (around 9:50 PM), I was told that shift change was in the process, and that I would not be able to make a purchase until 10 PM. I asked the clerk if there were any other fuel stations near, to which she said there was not (which isn't true, as I know there is a Chevron just down the road). In any case, I elected to wait the ten minutes out in my car. I got out of my vehicle at 10 PM, and proceeded to walk into the store again, where I was forced to wait another five minutes or so to pay for gas. After finally purchasing my gas, I began pumping it. For some inconceivable reason, I was shorted 20 cents of gas in which I had paid for, but by then I wasn't going to venture into the store a third time over such a small amount of loss, and inevitably left this establishment, which appears to be littered with incompetency. I will not be coming back here in the future.

I love the staff (hence four stars) but shouldn't have to pay 1.59 or more (depending on who's working)for a refill in my own cup which is 32 oz. (at this time they're
.79......also was almost overcharged for something and when challenged was told I could get it for the price listed but it would change. However, one week later still the same price. Not sure what the issue is but definately questionable.

Terrible customer service. Went into the store browsed around and went to counter to purchase items. Lady at counter then informed me that it's shift change and I will have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to purchase anything. First I was paying with credit so it would not affect the till. Second when I entered the store the lady could have informed me of this before I wasted my time grabbing items that I was going to purchase, I may have then decided to wait and still give the company my business. Finally, "convenience store" implies quick, not wait for the employees to be ready to serve the need of their customers until it is convenient for them.
