I can give zero star if I can. We bought a jacket yesterday at the Palo Alto store and went back home washed it. And the jacket was broken but when we come back the next day and show them the broken part, the folks at store refused it to be a quality problem but just say we did not dry it. How come a dry can solve such magic to bring broken part together?
Well this is a 400 dollar jacket without tax. But the only worthy thing we got is a lesson: never buy these fragile jacket.
Was gifted an Atom LT Hoodie which has been my "gateway drug" that has introduced me to this amazing brand. Their products are really a cut above the competition.
Love the Stanford location. IMHO, it's the best looking store out of all the Bay Area locations. The dramatic, angular concrete façade of the entrance really gives off an industrial vibe and "invites" you in.
