I worked with Ken Potestio on getting a swim spa fro my father who needs it for physical therapy. Ken was very knowledgable and huge help throughout the entire research, purchase, and installation process. We have had the spa for a few months now and my father loves it! Thanks!!

We have yet to use our spa delivered December of 2023 and all it does is spring leaks. They wrongly drilled the holes for the exercise equipment that has now leaked 3 times. The Spa boy probe wasnt functioning from day one cost a lot in chemicals trying to bakance the spa not knowing it wasnt working and then a pipe leaked. After last repair we just yesterday spent 108 dollars for salt to refill the tub. Today its leaking what a nightmare. When they leak you cannot get the chemicals balanced so not usable. I honestly believe I should get a new tub or my money back.
