Myles' middle name is "Accommodation". What in the world would we all have done, a year ago, if Myles had not almost instantly morphed into Zoom mode, and guided us into creating home exercise spaces where we had none, and then accommodating to those idiosyncratic spaces...? Scheduling, too, has been challenging, as everything has changed. That has required constant flexibility. And then there's what's always been there -- Myles' unending ability to accommodate our array of ages, ailments, and abilities. I always feel sweaty and stretched, and if I have soreness, it's the good, self-congratulatory kind. And I'm ...ah...old. But nothing compared to my parents. Myles worked out my mother until she was about 95 -- yes -- 95, and my stepmother, during her visits here, last time at 96. Like I say, diligent, knowledgeable, caring, demanding -- and accommodating.
