We ordered furniture in March that was estimated to arrive within 4-6 weeks and has still not been delivered. No responses were received to our emails requesting an update, and it took several calls to get it contact with anyone that would give us an estimate on when the furniture should arrive. After calling two weeks ago, they finally said the nightstands had arrived at their facility and would be delivered “soon” but the bed frame would not arrive until mid-May. After receiving no additional updates, we called to check in and now they’re apparently arriving some time in June. I have no idea why we need to follow up to get any sort of update on our furniture - every other company that we have recently ordered furniture from proactively reaches out with updates or apologies regarding anticipated delays. This has been an absolute headache and we regret ordering anything from here.

I used the online chat system and by pure luck got to work with Bridget at The Oaks location. She went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and my order was placed quickly and efficiently with her. She kept me up to date while waiting on the furniture and was super responsive. Shipping was so quick - mind blowing in these times! Purchased 2 bookshelves and a rug- the quality seems to be great and the items are so unique. If you need anything, request Bridget at Arhaus The Oaks because she is phenomenal. Not only is the furniture wonderful, but her customer service has made me an walking Arhaus advertisement!
