Took my wedding dress to Ariel's to get it cleaned after my wedding day. I chose Ariel's because of their good reviews and reasonable pricing. It took a few months to get it back, which I didn't mind since it won't be used anytime soon, but I am disappointed with the end product.
Ariel's wedding dress cleaning price comes with the storage box that is supposed to protect the dress from yellowing over the years - but I was not informed that I would not be able to get the dress out of the box without destroying the box itself. I called Ariel's to see if there was a way to open the box to see how the dress cleaning turned out, and they noted that I could look at it through the window in front (which only shows like 1/16th of the dress), or rip open the box and pay $60 for a new one. I told the gentleman on the phone I would have loved to have seen how the dress actually turned out, but they didn't have any reasonable remedies. From what little I can see in the little window in the front, I can tell there is still dirt stained on the bottom of the dress.
