I came in looking to have a watch band worked on, and thought I'd take a look around for something nice for the Mrs. I stopped at the Arik Jewelry booth, where David greeted me and asked if I needed some assistance. Within a matter of minutes, and a few indescriptive words from my end, he found exactly what I had in mind and within my price range. Having never bought jewelry at a true jewelry store, I expected to be standing there scratching my head for the better half of my afternoon. Not today, David made this experience easy, quick and pleasant. Thanks again, David. I will definitely be back

When my husband went to pick up the heart diamond pendent we had bought, it was not the correct grade of diamonds. They lowered the grade/color from what we had paid for and it was thousands of dollars. My husband doesn't know much about diamonds so he did not notice. Even on the paperwork, the grade was lower than what we had agreed and paid for. My pendent is mixed with about half the diamonds that look yellow. So dissappointing.
