EXTREMELY RACIST! I am a Black woman and I was trying to shop and look around but associates kept insisting they hold my two items at the register while my white friend with 5+ items was never asked this questions. They kept following me around the store and even to the dressing room where they proceeded to opening the curtain and looking inside which was extremely invasive and they weren’t doing this to anyone else. It’s a shame because I did find the items here cute but I decided not to purchase due to the racist and poor shopping experience.

Huge shoutout to all the ladies that were working there this past Saturday. Heather was mainly helping but there were at least 3 others who were so attentive, friendly, and helpful. It has been so long that I've had this great of a shopping experience. And mind you I was there with my husband and two young kids. They deserve all the recognition during a busy holiday season. I left with some great pieces thanks to their help and suggestions!

Heather was my go to girl she took care of me and my daughters she was kind patient really had a great sense of style. Was so sad when she moved she made the visits and shopping experience so personal and special a great asset to Aritzia brand.
