Horrible attitude when I called to ask if they did 24 hour turn around for shirt orders, very rude and didn't take the time to even hear the full scope of the project.
I would also like to further add per reading your response back down below, I did find a print shop that took the time to listen and deliver a 24 hour quick turn - It is possible to do. It was impossible to do from you and your business.
The shirts we printed at the alternative shop were flown the next few days to Super Bowl LVI where two NFL players wore those very printed shirts to press day.
If others took your advice and negativity as the only answer, you’re right it would’ve been “impossible”. So glad we hung up and made the possible happen somewhere else.
Customers should be heard and not cut off when they are politely sharing the scope with you. Customers should not be left feeling scared or unsafe when speaking or doing business with you.
