Went to make a purchase at 830 on a Sunday night and they were closing an hour and a half early. When I mentioned it I was told too bad. Lost a customer for life and I live across the street 🤷♂️ if my business doesn't matter to you then yours doesn't matter to me. But hey, the floors are new lol

I've been going to this store as a resident of this town for almost 20 years. This morning I had a friend visiting me from out of state stop in and get coffee. After, she had to deal with an important phone call while still in the parking lot. The clerk came out and told her to leave. They lost my business now for ever. And I will be getting all my friends here in town to stop as well. Good way to treat guests and paying customers.
