I am very happy with the ARRIVO platform. I have been a landlord and property manager in Boston for roughly 20 years. During that time I have utilized a number of rent collection platforms. Most recently I have made the switch to ARRIVO and could not be happier. Their interface is simple and easy to navigate. Their platform allows me to do everything I need (collect rent, distribute rent to owners, receive maintenance requests, etc).
What has really set them apart is their customer service. Rather than a chat-bot, you speak to a real, live person each time. And, it is always one of the two same people. They are incredibly helpful and always resolve any questions I have, which are generally learning curve needs.
I would also note that the cost is incredibly competitive.
When I compare ARRIVO to the other platforms I have used, ARRIVO is less expensive, has far and away the best customer service, and is easy to use. When I was seeking out a new platform, I found a number of options that were competitive in price. But, they lacked features that are critical to my needs. Specifically, the other low cost options were unable to allow me to issue payments to clients. I could collect rent from tenants, but I could not pay my landlord clients. With ARRIVO I can do both.
In summary, ARRIVO is a fantastic solution and I highly recommend them to any landlord or property manager. They have certainly earned my business.
