Dropped off my Military uniform to be cleaned and pressed. Being particular about having an inspection ready specifically asked if they were familiar with military pressing. The associate was unsure. Due to the critical nature of my requirements, I asked for a call back to validate my inquiry. The call never came the following day. I decided to stop by on my way to dinner to inquire. I found my uniform was ready and the press was complete. Attention to detail was neglected. Broken buttons on both sleeves from the pressing and an additional crease on the right sleeve. Attention to Detail is certainly not on their agenda nor is prompt communication with their customers

Very easy to work with, very reasonable pricing. Gave them my $300 dollar motorcycle jacket that my zipper was damaged on and they replaced it with no issues! Use them weekly for my day to day dry cleaning!

I tried Arrow Cleaners (8460 Wicker Ave) as there don't seem to be any reliable cleaners in Northwest Indiana. First, they are more expensive than the competition at $4.95 per item and they take a week to clean your items. When I got my clothes back (4 pairs of pants), one pair was double creased. Unfortunately, I was at the gym and headed to work when I discovered this. When I took it back to Arrow, the kid working the counter laughed and said that was the style. Although expensive, I decided to try them again. they took another week to clean only 4 items and when I got these back, I noticed some stains on my clothes that weren't there before. Needless to say, I will not use them again. At their prices and how long they take, the clothes should come back spotless and pressed correctly
