this place is dope and everyone working here is nice. never once had an issue and the prices are the same as any other smoke shop i’ve been to down the hill. they’ve given me really good deals on good glass too. all the bad reviews are like former employees or friends of dave’s vape shop in the village who just got busted for selling to minors. don’t believe those reviews, arrowhead smoke shop has like 4 times better selection than vanity vape does.

All those reviews before mine are B.S. If your cool... then, the gentleman running the shop is going to be cool. I've been shopping there since they opened for business and have ALWAYS experienced FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! And, to the goof that complained about there being a sign that said, " be back in 15 mins" and waited an hour...? (D)uuuhhh....? GREAT SHOP! Great Selection! GREAT Customer Service!! Great Prices ( everybody knows prices might be a tad bit more for certain things when you live on the mountain) SUPPORT OUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS!!!!!

Very disappointed, went in because I had heard they carried quite the selection of cigars, which they do. While perusing the selection I noticed a box of acid 20 years that had a few spots of mold, then I noticed a few more boxes on the same shelf did as well. Right when I made this discovery the person behind the counter came up to me and asked me how I was doing, I then informed him about the few cigars that had mold. He tried telling me it was plume which is a myth, scientifically no such thing as plume. When I tried to push back on it a bit, he then attempted to belittle me by saying how many years he has been working with cigars and how he knows everything about them. I replied to this with my own experience with cigars and he just scoffed and went back behind the counter. This shop seems really nice with quite the selection of things, not just cigars but also other tobacco products, pipes, Vapes, but I will never be going back after this horrible experience. Instead I will stick to the two smoke shops in crestline, much friendlier customer service and they don't have any cigars with mold
