I had a crisis that left me on the side of the road so had to tow my car to the nearest shop which was Art Morse. Having never been here before I was nervous but my tow truck driver said how wonderful their customer service was and that I would be well taken care of. Boy was he right. Shadi called me the very next morning and took incredible care of me. He was always in contact with me through the whole process, giving me the recommendations of the technicians but NEVER being pushy. When I got my car back it was running perfectly again. Thank you to Shadi and the technicians who worked on my car. Excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

Art Morse stands out when it comes to integrity. They will tell you what needs to be done and thats it. Any decent shop can fix a vehicle but Art Morse stands out when it comes to reliability. When I ever have a question or concern after a repair. They are quick to take a look and are just a quick to take ownership of any part or service done.
They will double check a concern you have and own up to anything that they think might be service/part related. They have saved me a lot of money that another shop could have just taken because they were purely about the dollar.
Art Morse is a community shop and has chosen the long path to success. Building trust with many customers and letting the customers spread the word. As I am doing.

Excellent communication on what was wrong with the truck and recommendations to fix the truck. Very clear on what the price was going to be. No pressure applied to fix all the items that needed repaired. The A/C was not working properly, but when I said it wasn't a priority for me, they removed that item from the list. A 3 year/36000 mile warranty was given on all the work. Truck is running great!! I highly recommend Art Morse Auto Repair to anyone. Refreshing to deal with a place with honesty and integrity.
