I have partnered with the team at Art Rodriguez Associates for over ten years on several projects. I have also found them to be very prompt, highly knowledgeable about liquor licensing laws, forthcoming in sharing information they believe I should be considering and shown strong communication. I will continue to work will Art Rodriguez Associates on future licensing needs.

They were the 3rd consultant we worked with while having a very difficult time getting our ABC license approved. I wish I had worked with them from the start. They know what they are doing when faced with what seems like insurmountable challenges. They are excellent at communication and always kept us in the loop. In the end the help us succeed and to them we are eternally grateful. Highly highly recommended.

I am a restaurant owner and I was in need of help with my CUP application with the City of Los Angeles for my Beer and Wine license. The architect we are working with recommended that I contact Art Rodriquez Associates to help me review my application and to consult on how to move forward with the City. As I have never been through the process of filing with the City it can be confusing and if your application is not done correctly they send you back to the drawing board. After waiting for 7 weeks just to get my appointment I didn't want to miss anything and I needed an experts eye. I called Art Rodriguez and Associates and immediately the phone was answered by Maria Impala. She was so kind and easy to talk to. I explained my situation and she set up a time for me to come into the office for a consultation. I met with her and another associate, Andrew Rodriquez. I can not emphasize enough how knowledgeable, easy to talk to and thorough they were. They went over my entire history of the application process with me. Explained things I didn't understand and helped me to get everything organized. They corrected things I had filled out wrong and certainly made my application organized. They spent as much time with me as needed. They consulted with others inside their office and looked things up online for me. They were very reasonably priced and were very generous to me. All along being upright professionals. I consider myself very lucky to have had the opportunity to meet them. My meeting with the City of Los Angeles was a success!!!! My application was accepted and I was not turned away to do additional paperwork...what a miracle! I have Art Rodriquez and Associates to thank for that. If you are in need of any expediting services or consulting services I HIGHLY recommend them, you will not regret it.
