When I realized my Volvo needed an oil change it was only two days before a trip across three states — I should have planned better. I called Dave, explained the situation, and he squeezed the service into his already-full schedule. Maybe not a big deal, but try that at the factory dealer.

Super nice. Didn’t end up going but was super helpful figuring out what I needed to do. I don’t know about pricing, but with how helpful and genuine the person on the phone was I would have to assume they treat paying customers even better.

This is a great shop. There when you need them. I called Dave about an issue I was having with a 2015 s60. The radiator fan would not shut off. I was in a jam because I had one vehicle already down and had family arriving that day for my son’s graduation. My wife drove to the store that morning when it happened. Of course I googled the issue and called Dave. He confirmed what I had found. However, Dave went above and beyond, told where I could get the part I needed and how to swap it out. After installing the part with my son’s help we were only down one car. He saved the day and all the graduation plans. Thank you so much.
