I got the basic car wash 5$ and was charged 9$! I feel like I got robbed here. Plus “spot free rinse” left water spots on my vehicle. EDIT: The transaction fee ended up changing to only 5$ Which I’m happy about.

I have tried several ways to get ahold of them without feverybody seeing my complaint yet I am a hard-core customer I went 0on October 31 22. I always use the drive through. When I got done I could hear a bunch of water coming down on my car after the dry. I got out to look.the whole right side was covered in water and soap all over in different parts of my car I even took pics.it was that bad. Could I have a free wash.?? You don't want to loose my business

Worst car was ever don’t ever use your card there it will charge you more and it doesn’t give you your money back. If I could I would rate it 0 stars.
