I was referred to ASAP after having my car sit at another mechanic shop for 3 days getting the run around. We dropped the car off at 4pm, before the afternoon of the next day Noe called and said car was ready. The ignition coils had be broken. The car is a 2008 Honda Hybrid with 221k miles and it drives like new. We will be bringing all of our cars to ASAP. They are knowledgeable, and don’t make you feel stupid when explaining what this issue is.
Noe is very personable with great customer service skills. When he tells you he’ll be calling to inform you of what is found, he calls. They don’t just do the work and now you’re stuck will a bill. Noe will call you explain, provide you with cost and then you can give approval. Nothing is a surprise. Wish I know about ASAP years ago, but thankful I know about them now!
