if you live in Vancouver, this is probably an excellent service for you. However, I hired this company upon a recommendation from another business, and felt confident that they would provide what I needed.
The crew has been nothing, but stellar during the entire time they have cleaned my house. They are a delight to work with, fast, friendly, and efficient.
I have compensated them well because I feel that they are doing a very thankless job. In my earlier days I was also a person who cleaned houses and so I understand how exhausting and time-consuming this job can be.
skyla, the person who is been the lead at my house for the length of time I have contacted this company has always conducted herself in a very professional and friendly manner. She makes sure that her employees, or I guess I could say crew, are doing what they need to at any given time. I have heard her giving them compliments and supporting them in what they are doing which I applaud. I have never ever ever heard her degrade, backtalk, or demean them in anyway
unfortunately, I have continued to have issues with the agreement for monetary compensation with the owner of the company for the duration of the time, and her rates have grown over the time I have had them come to my house.
I am writing this review based on an experience, ultimately, the final one, that I had from the crew yesterday.
The owner of the company contacted me and told me that they would be an hour late to which I said I understood. Once they arrived at my house, they were here for an hour of time because the owner told them to do a rush job at my house since they needed to drive back from Tualatin to Vancouver and she wanted them to get there as fast as possible.
The crew did the best they could in the hour provided at my house, which is normally an hour and 40 minutes. They did a stellar job considering they were shorted 40 minutes of the time they normally had given that the owner of the company chose to short them this time.
I am very sad to say that we have decided to part ways because she chose to charge me an extra 40 minutes of time that was not only a erroneous, but clearly wrong based on the time that I opened my garage door to the time I closed my garage door .
We continue to argue over text conversation and eventually I paid her most of the fee. She charged me which was still $45 more than it should have been.
ultimately, I did not want the crew at my house to suffer, because the owner of the company had personal issues with paying them for a drive time, sitting in my driveway, or exiting my house, or entering my house. Nitpicking does not serve anybody.
again, if you are local to her area, I am sure that this service is probably amazing because her crew is stellar. The owner of the company, however, is nickel and diming me as a customer so I can only wonder how she might be compensating her crew… Or not compensating as the case may be .
