Mike was tremendous!!! My wife and I have not done a refi in 15 years and Mike made it so simple and pain free for us. Mike used a great checklist of all the items we needed, which was a huge help. Mike was extremely communicative throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, or a challenge, Mike was right there to answer.
