The WORST customer service. If you ask questions, the BOSS as he referred to himself will take it personally. News flash!! If you work private security, you work to protect the public and provide assistance. Pitty that you have NO idea what it means to be a REAL boss Chauncey. Yes I found out your REAL name. Trust that this won’t stop here with reviews. I will also see what other ways I can make sure the people know the disgusting, unprofessional and disrespectful way you spoke to me. Sure hope no one speaks to your wife Jocelyn the way you spoke to me!

I called for security at the Benicia ClockTower. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. They were available on short notice, which was a huge plus for me. Security guard was there on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company

The guy patrolling the Target parking lot on December 28th around 10:40am in Vallejo sure doesn't like pedestrians. Speeding up when I had the right-of-way, only to stare me down as he sped away is just the right type of security Vallejo needs. Flipping on your security lights on after the fact doesn't make you any better. Great job hiring some 5 star talent
