When I went in yesterday looking for a new pair of climbing shoes for bouldering, it turned out the pair I really liked was just a half size too big. When it was clear they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t have it for a while, they did not hesitate to encourage me to find it elsewhere rather than compromise on shoe fit. This is the kind of service that’ll definitely make me want to come back :)

Did an online search for an Osprey pack and found a great selection at Ascent Outdoors. Even better, pack was in sale in a great color so it was a good deal.
Communication and delivery were excellent. They were quick to resolve a system/potential human error. Most companies can provide good day-to-day service. The great companies can quickly resolve issues.
