Made an appointment with Kylie but the morning of my appointment I had a fever and wasn't feeling well. Obviously I don't want to spread germs and infect anyone so I sent her a text to cancel with sincere apologies. I asked if we could reschedule. She didn't respond to my text at all. She doesn't need to show compassion but at least acknowledge my text not to mention no offer to reschedule. Very unprofessional

I saw Athena for a haircut and style. She was wonderful and has a good vision if you are not totally certain how to cut and style your hair. I have thin/fine straight hair and came in after not having had a haircut or trim in a long time. She took all the dead split ends off and added some much needed layers for volume and texture. I would trust her again to keep my hair looking its healthiest and flattering.

Not what I wanted. My highlights looked better before. They are orange and not even to the root. Their products dried my hair out. The toner burned my scalp and they left it on for 2 minutes. Not long enough for it to even tone. When I told the owner who was doing my hair, that it's not what I wanted, she got nasty with me. The worst experience I ever had. I will pay for a great coloring but this was not worth $300.00 that I paid., was not worth $50.00. Very unprofessional.
