Dr. B. seemed very rushed during the brief consultation. The staff was bent on hard selling me the operation. A friendlier, more patient approached would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately I had a pretty awful experience. I’m an healthcare professional. After waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes (filled out forms that took 5 minutes) I was taken into a room for scans. I was then taken to a private room where the technician who was very informative and pleasant spoke to me about various options and then dilated my eyes for the exam. I was told the doctor would be with me in 10-15 minutes. About an hour later without any explanation she finally came in with a brief apology, took about 60 seconds, and went on to the next patient. I found her bedside manner to be rude and not caring at all. I was then told a counselor would be calling me in the afternoon since I’d already been there for 3 hours to discuss my options. No one called! I would not recommend this office to anyone and will not be having them care for my valuable eyesight.
