This store is located inside the main bx building complex located on Fairchild afb. They have a small variety of various types of furniture, beds and mattresses. This is like a catalog store where you order what you want and it gets delivered to you. We have purchased two separate orders here. Depending on what you order, delivery time could be one to three weeks. There is no same day or next day delivery. So if you are not needing it right now you enjoy the benefit of no sales tax and in the case of our two orders free shipping. The hours are consistent with the base exchange hours.

BUYERS BEWARE!! UPDATE!! 2 LITERALLY 2 WEEKS AFTER PUTTING REVIEW ONLINE I GET A LETTER REDUCING MY CREDIT LINE WOW!! NOW MY BALANCE IS AS HIGH AS MY LIMIT. CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT ASAP!! REALLY STRANGE THAT MY CREDIT WAS WAY WORSE WHEN I FIRST OPENED THE ACCOUNT NOW THAT IS ACTUALLY BETTER THEY GOING TO REDUCE IT. BOTH MY CREDIT SCORES ARE HIGHER AND I'VE NEVER BEEN LATE AND PAID MORE THAN MY MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT. I'LL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL TO COMPLAIN TO MY STATE REPS. Well it began with me wanting to try to improve my credit and was approved for credit at Ashley furniture. I was super excited! So I jumped online and looked for an affordable new recliner for my home. I found one for $349.00. I learned there was a $200 fee for delivery and set up. In my mind I thought I don't know how to put a chair together so maybe this is a good deal. So after everything it came out to a little over $600. The chair was delivered about a month later, 2 guys came with the chair in 2 separate pieces, snapped it together and left their muddy shoes marks behind. Within 2 weeks the chair no longer reclined or rocked. I waited another 2 weeks for a guy to come look at it to say "the entire mechanism is shot". Another month past. Guy finally showed up again and replaced said mechanism. The chair still isn't quite right and I'm done and just won't do that again. So now I'm left with a credit card bill that of course I pay since I don't want it to re-ruin my credit. Not very satisfied 😕
