I had a disappointing experience buying a couch here and I would just like to warn others beforehand of the delivery charges. Despite Ricki telling me that if my couch was too big to go up the stairs and that a reselection would not cost me anything, I still had to pay for delivery for my reselection. Not only that, but I had to pay an additional cost for the NEW delivery to arrive, costing over $150. After having purchased a smaller couch, I picked it up early the next day. Ricki had called me the day after I had picked it up - in the afternoon, nonetheless - that I can't pick up my new couch until the old one was returned. Either it's normal to deceive customers, or this particular salesperson was very confused about the practices.
If the salespeople at this location tell you that delivery is free for a reselection, make sure to get this in writing and don't make the mistake I did.
The couch is nice, though!
I've had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. I ordered a dining set a the beginning of July. They called me the 1st week in September to tell me the set had been discontinued. I've been trying to get a refund for over a week. Still waiting. Will not be shopping there again.
Calling customer service is useless. I've been calling them for over a week. They are no help at all.
