We will never deal with Ashley Home Store again after an absolutely awful experience with returning two chairs that we bought and were delivered to our home. The two chairs were to be delivered on May 2, 2024. When we hadn't heard from the delivery company with a time, I called the store and were informed that they would not be delivered until May 15, 2024. They had not attempted to contact us regarding the change in delivery date despite having my email address and having received multiple promotional ads from them. When we finally received them one had a large soiled area on the seat and the other had been upholstered so poorly with a large lump of fabric on the front and wavy lines in the pattern of the fabric. I requested that they come and pick them up for return as I was thoroughly disgusted at the workmanship. They told me it would cost us approximately $80.00 plus a 10% restocking fee. I felt that when an inferior product was delivered to me that the onus should be on the company, not on me, to take these chairs back. Instead we were penalized to the tune of +/-$266.00 for the privilege of returning their inferior product. To restate...never again will I deal with Ashley Home Store. Terrible customer service!

Our Sales person was very knowledgeable and gave us the straight goods about our mattress purchase. Great service and great price. Wanted delivery sooner but we're OK with getting what we wanted and it's all good!!

The sales team in Penticton were great. However, I had to cancel one of the two items I purchased on Sept 4th and today is the 12th with no credit back on my visa? I have sent a letter to the head office in Winnipeg. Hopefully, that will work.
