I recently took a long trip to get to your store about a couple weeks ago. I was exhausted and wanted a chance to look at some of the furniture for my apartment, And I just wanted to say that your customer service there is fantastic! Kurbet Greeted me with such a warm and friendly smile. I hardly felt like I was being sold too. She has such a way with her personality and her knowledge of the furniture and everything I felt like I was talking to A good friend. She was sweet and understanding and answered all my questions with a knowledgeable response. A lot of times I go to these places and I just feel like I’m being attacked to buy something; However, I never felt that way. Ashley has such a wide variety of really amazing furniture. And I don’t know if I would’ve seen all of. It had not been for a great customer service. Thank you and I look forward to coming by again when I’m in town. And thank you Kurbet. Don’t ever lose this girl she is one of the best parts of that store!!

Recently had the pleasure to shop at Ashley Store and was impressed by both the quality of the selection and the excellent service. Least to say Jackie made our experience fantastic! Even though we were short on time, he quickly found exactly what we needed and had us sorted right away. His customer service was outstanding—easily a 10/10. He gave us all the details we needed, and his excellent service convinced us to upgrade our set and add the protection plan. Huge thanks to Jackie!

The representatives were very helpful. They asked for our preference, budget, etc. Kiyo, Sheikh, Antonia, and Alex were super friendly and attentive. They gave us so much discounts and saved us a lot of money! They have wide range of selections for couches. We love the one we got, so comfy! Thank you so much!
