Eugenia is wonderful. She helped us get furniture for our guestroom and also for our outdoor area, and there was no pressure to buy whatsoever. She didn’t try to oversell us anything. She explained all the details of the items we were interested in. She was very patient after we needed multiple trips to the store to in order to decide. We are glad to have met her.

I had a great experience with the sales reps at this location, specifically Gus and Vern. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for excellent customer service and a wide selection of quality furniture!

Stay away.. This is what happened to me. I declined the 5 year warranty and realized I still got Charged for it. Called the sales rep and said she would call me back. Never heard from her. Then called corporate office, no answer, called multiple times. I used their Interest free 12 month CC. So now I am dealing with the CC and Ashley furniture. This has taken way to much time. They took off the 5 Year warranty but then charged me the full price and not the sale price. If you have a lot of time well maybe you can deal with this. I don't I will NEVER shop here again
