DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE TRASHY AND ONCE THEY RECEIVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL PUSH YOU AROUND. Three weeks ago we went to this very terrible place and placed an order. They owe us a refund and told us 3 to 5 days we would have the credit. Here we are three weeks later and 2 visits still no credit. I called better business bureau and they told me what yo do. If you have problems with these people, call Better Business Bereau they will tell you what to do. DO NOT BUY HERE. GO TO BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE. YOU WILL BE PLEASED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT ASHLEY'S. ITS A HEADACHE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY..... PISSED OFF EX CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN.

Les was awesome in helping us select my daughter's new mattress, we are super please with her new Nectar mattress. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and your patience. We would definitely return for any future furniture purchases.

Sales representative was Patty and she was great. Upon entering store i was greeted with a beautiful smile. She was concerned with what we needed. Not once did she pressure us to buy anything. Was attentive to our needs and met them. This was by far our most pleasant experience here at Ashley's. Will look her up next time I come in for another furniture item.
