If you clear of what and when your itinerary and details to be, they are helpful and quick on their search and scrap for the best deal and cheapest tickets. They do give you more than a few selective and fair options and prices, and clear of finding the best takeoff, landing, and layover time and also what are allowed to do during layover. But of course it's an agency afterall, so appreciate their business (even you not buying) and they give you good service.
