(This is Edit of the first review. They have gone downhill at the factory outlet, the deals are structured to get rid of the old stock. I wanted GEl Kayano 29 series. They have a sign saying buy one get one 70 percent off. Sounds good but you have to buy the older 28 series to get the 70 percent off. No other significant deals to be had - a few discounts is it. Staff was not to concerned about the deceptive signage on the 70 percent off, end of edit the rest of the review is from a few years ago )
I will start by saying that I was a bit skeptical of the so called "factory outlet". It turns out, that my skepticism was misplaced. Not only were the prices better than online for most items, the staff was very helpful as well, including multiple trips into the storeroom by them to find sizes that we needed. All done with a smile and helpful attitude. I really appreciate competent well trained retail folk. Great job !
