I normally do not leave reviews but somethinf needs to be said. Front office is clueless when it comes to billing and scheduling procedures. I was told no consult was needed for my husbands procedure as he saw the provider and has already tested his tooth. When we went to schedule his procedure we were told he needed a consult ans that it would cost $583 when i was oringally told they wouldnt. I never received a follow up call as promised. A dental pretermination was sent in to insurance showinf our responsibility would be $251. Then it would need to be sent to secondary insurance. They demanded that we pay $380 upfront when that is NOT what they submitted. Husband was there for an appointment and witnessed 3 different people walk up and have issues with their bill not being correct. Of course the manager is never there when needed and the front office has no idea what they are doing. They need some serious training. After dealing with this office for 2 months, 100% do not recommend them.

Had the best dental care experience while being seen in their office. Brittney was super friendly. Would recommend your office to every one.

I'm normally terrified of dentists, but everyone at Aspen Dental was kind. Dr. Mileski explained everything very clearly. Dr. Patel was extremely gentle, too. All the staff worked well together to put me at ease and relieve my pain.
