My provider didn't bill my insurance correctly and I did not know that this bill went to Asset Recovery Group. Nicole Curry called and demanded I pay over $800 for a bill that she couldn't even provide a copy of. She was quite insistent and didn't answer my questions. I called the original provider of the bill and it turns out that my insurance made an error. I called Asset back and a diff erent more courteous rep told me to not worry and to wait 45 days for the claim to be reprocessed. Such a hassle and disappointment that the first customer rep couldn't just answer a couple of simple questions. Unprofessional and rude.
