April of Assisted Living Locators really saved us in a very difficult time. We needed some very specific and difficult needs met (Parkinson's disease + stroke patient + feeding tube) and it would have been almost impossible to find the right facility on our own. Yes, the location service is free and so is the compassionate service and valuable information they provide!
April found a great facility called Rite Care headed by a kind woman named Narine. Narine and "The Girls" (Emma and Reina) took such wonderful care of my Mom. My Mom's medical condition was extremely painful and difficult all the way to the end but the team did all they could to make my Mom as comfortable as realistically possible under the circumstances. The hospice nurse Alex really treated my Mom, myself, and my family, like his own family. It was a pleasure working with them all! Thank you, Rite Care and the hospice team (especially Alex)!
