Issac was thorough and very professional. He arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment and had already begun inspecting when I arrived with my realtor. I was impressed by how thorough he was, including going up to the roof and going into crawl spaces in the basement and attic and taking clear pictures of everything he found.

We were under a time constraint and Issac was able to provide his full report within just an hour or so from the end of our appointment. The house we looked at was very small, but we still spent a good 2.5 to 3 hours at the house, not including the 30 minutes he had already been there.

He was willing to check everything I asked him to with a smile. He knew a lot about the materials the home was built with and he even suggested things that, though not required, would be easy, inexpensive fixes to make things a bit safer all around.
