Insurance generally confuses me, but Nick, my RGIA agent, has made insurance -- formerly a complicated, befuddling pain in the butt -- a breeze. He'll explain all the jargon, advise you on policies based on what he thinks you need (he doesn't try to sell you stuff that's overpriced or that you won't use!) and will always answer all your questions thoughtfully.
I have homeowners and car insurance through RGIA and they recently saved me more than $500 on car insurance, which, in my estimation, makes this place much better than Geico.
The customer service is good, you'll always talk to a real person, they won't transfer you around a gazillion times, and best of all, you do generally feel as if they're always looking out for YOU. Not their bottom line.
