Dr. Iqbal is AMAZING!! I have been from Illinois all the way across the country looking for help and finally found Dr.,Iqbal! He is a little bit lacking sometimes in his patient-doctor relationship, but if you want a doctor that’s going to take care of you and get it right, this is your doctor!! You do have to follow up occasionally with the front desk, but that’s just because they are super busy! I’m emilling to make the calls, to get a great doctor! His nurses are the bomb as well!

The doctor is good but the office is extremely inefficient. Wait times can often exceed 1 hour for a standard appointment and for allergy shots 15-50 minutes just to get the shot. It is highly recommended that the office manager take a lean six sigma class. All issues stem from office management.

Be cautious. This medical group had me start allergy testing early January and could not get me allergy shots for 5 months. I struggle with a runny nose and congestion. I am allergic to 40 different things, and I cannot believe that I had to wait 5 months to get shots and would have continued to wait if I had not removed myself as a patient at this facility. I was going to get my first dose after 5 months, and they decided to reschedule me. After, that I decided to call in and let them know that I no longer wanted to be a patient there. I work in the medical field as well, and I cannot express how unacceptable it is to treat a patient the way they treated me. After attempting to make numerous calls to stress how badly I needed shots, they would not answer the phones or just brush off the fact that I was growing impatient. If you want to treat your allergies, please do not go here! You will be waiting months to get treated.
