Applied for a job, interviewed with the company and can’t even get a call back on to get feedback on what happened with the interview.

I've worked with multiple staffing agencies in my life, Aston Cater was easily one of the worst. My interview with my first assignment was stressful and the representative I worked woth from aston Carter responded very unprofessionally. I was upfront that I had an out of state funeral and when I would be available, on multiple occasions they assured me this was no problem, but the day of the funeral the woman I worked with blew my phone up with calls, texts and emails demanding me to fill out forms before their end of day, but with time difference that gave me an hour- while in the middle of a funeral. When she felt she was not able to reach me I began getting calls from two numbers from Aston Carter at the same time. When I did finally answer the phone to ask them to stop, they were very snarky and continued to pressure me me about "the importance of urgency" and made it apparent that my assignment would be on the line if I did not answer them promptly. Looking back that should've told me everything I needed to know. Next there were multiple instances of delays in my paycheck due to miscommunications between Aston Carter payroll and the assignment supervisor. My experience was from 2022, but I hope that improvements have been made since then!

Terrible agency. Worst one I’ve ever interviewed with. They were unprofessional and very unresponsive to my questions and concerns. I interviewed with a company through them and I went in professional attire and after my interview i was accused of wearing a crop top during my interview. I a very extensive background in the medical field and have been to plenty of interviews so I know how I am suppose to dress and what kind of attire is appropriate for such interviews. It was just a very uncomfortable experience, makes me truly believe it was race related. It’s unfortunate to be discriminated against especially when I have the experience and professionalism required for the job that was at hand.
