I called to get a note from my doctor and their wonderful front desk agent asked what my call back number was and I told her I had to change it because of harrassing phone calls. She says “of course you did”. There’s no need to be rude and inconsiderate so sorry you had to do your job and change a phone number. So rude!!

No spacing of chairs in waiting area, people sitting side by side, no temperature check before coming in, people coming in without masks, nothing said. Nothing being wiped down during 25 minute wait. Guy that checked me in was nice.

My husband and I are new patients of Dr Lu and he is very pleasant and very attentive to our concerns. We feel he is directing us in the right way to better health. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
